Aloo Gobi & Vegetable Pulao

Traditional Indian inspired combination of cauliflower and potatoes flavored with turmeric and Indian spices. Served with a spicy rice cooked with seasonal vegetables.

Tofu in a spicy sauce combined with both pickled and fresh vegetables. Served over udon noodles and served with ginger, cilantro and lime. Served cold.
