A fitness industry expert, writer and public speaker, Evie is on a mission to bring a new level of truth and authenticity to the world of nutrition. She brings her high-level of knowledge gained from 15 years of coaching to cut through the BS and teach people what it really means to live a life of fulfillment by simply eating real food.
Chef Janine had an insatiable love and passion for food, flavors and creativity from a very young age, which led her to study at Le Cordon Bleu Las Vegas, where she mastered the art of French cuisine and technique and expanded her culinary skill. Her culinary passion extends to her community, she serves on multiple boards for organizations that combat juvenile diabetes and bring equality to women in the culinary field.
She was the the 2020 Silver State Award recipient for "Best Female Chef" and most recently the recipient of the "People's Recovery Award" for her initiative to prepare and distribute over 3,000 meals to students and their families during the pandemic.
Copow was built from the ground up by husband and wife, Casey and Evie Fatz, together with her sister, Sheryl Bafaro and Executive Chef Jainine Jaffer. This fully self-funded, family owned and operated company has passion and moral leadership at its' core. They believe no job is too big or too small when it comes to changing the way the world eats!
